      Entry fee

      Singles is 200 RMB, Doubles is 100 RMB/event/person. In addition to the tournament entry fee, all players shall pay World Tennis ID Service Fee of 12 USD per tournament, which will be collected together with the entry fee.

      Payment Methods: Complete payment via the WeChat mini-program: Ledongli, or contact the tournament email for payment inquiries.

      If you withdraw from the tournament after the entry deadline, the entry fee must still be transferred to the tournament organizer.

      Travel guide: Luohe

      Easier than you thinkJapanese and many European passport holders can enter visa-free for up to 30 days (through 2026). Luohe sits on the Beijing–Guangzhou high-speed line, just over 30 minutes from Zhengzhou East: a quiet city close to a big hub.

      Getting there

      The nearest major airport is Zhengzhou Xinzheng International. From Zhengzhou East, high-speed trains reach Luohe West in about 33–41 min (2nd class CNY 56–85), with 20+ trains a day. From Luohe West, take a taxi or DiDi to the venue in Yuanhui District.

      Jindu Grand Hotel (49 Changjiang Rd): across from the sports complex, about 500 m, a 5-minute walk. Poly Shijia Art Hotel: listed as a 5-min walk, but its address near Luohe West Bus Station maps about 3 km away, so a taxi (about 10 min) is safer.

      • Xu Shen Cultural ParkTheme park and museum on Chinese characters, honouring dictionary author Xu Shen. About 20 min by taxi; closed Mondays.

      Try Henan staples like hulatang (peppery thick soup), hearty noodles and river fish. Luohe is a food-industry city, so supermarkets and convenience stores are well stocked, and malls and chains make eating easy.

      Paying & staying connected

      Most payments are by QR code with Alipay or WeChat Pay; both accept foreign Visa/Mastercard after ID verification (set up both). Few shops take foreign cards, so carry some cash. Google, Gmail, WhatsApp and Instagram don't work on local Wi-Fi, so use roaming or a travel eSIM. Book rides with DiDi. Check current visa rules.

      Staying safe

      A calm provincial city, but very little English is spoken. Keep your destination's Chinese address ready to show drivers. Drink bottled water. Winter can bring poor-air days, so check an air-quality (AQI) app.

      With family & friends

      Xu Shen Cultural Park honours the father of Chinese characters, with stele corridors, a rubbing hall and peonies in April–May. In the evening, stroll the riverside embankment and Luohe Old Street. All are reachable by taxi.

      Booking tips

      • Book one night at a time, so you can cancel just the nights after you lose.
