      以下为ITF赛事说明（Fact Sheet）英文原文。

      All players will be charged an ITF / IPIN Service Fee per tournament in addition to the tournament entry fee. The ITF / IPIN Service Fee shall be collected by each tournament alongside the Entry Fee. The fee shall be equivalent to 12 Dollars.

      Entry Fees - INR 5100

      On-site Sign-In is NOT mandatory for Online Paid Participants and Online Confirmed Doubles Pairs, it will be treated as your official sign-in

      A player’s status in a tournament shall not be official until the Entry Deadline and publication of the tournament Acceptance List on the ITF website. Any arrangement, including travel, flights and accommodation made by a player to participate in a tournament prior thereto is made at his/her own risk.

      其实很方便Moradabad is about 160 km from Delhi, roughly 2.5 hours by train, so you can continue straight from an international arrival in Delhi. It is famous as India's 'Brass City'.

      交通

      Fly into Delhi (DEL), then take a train from New Delhi station to Moradabad Junction in about 2.5 hours (roughly ₹100–1,200 depending on class). By car or taxi, allow 2.5–3 hours. From the station, an auto-rickshaw or car reaches Civil Lines.

      North Indian winters (roughly November–January) bring poor air and dense fog that can delay trains. Bring masks and leave spare time. Drink bottled water and eat freshly cooked food. Roads are busy, so hotel-arranged cars are the easiest option.
